The rent is based on a single person. Parking permit is required, £30 a year. The parking permit can be applied via the council website.
You have space to garden, patio at the back of the house. Night time party is not allowed! The landlord is a down to earth, easy going personal, an early riser. You will be sharing the kitchen, dinning area, living room and the bathroom. There is a shed to keep your bike or extra belongings. There is an attic too. Parking permit is not included in the rental. No TV! The internet connection can be requested and cost shared. The rental includes utilities.
You can move in with bare minimum, cutleries, plates pots and pans and kitchen accessories are plenty - available.
