Rent is £500 plus bills (approx £200).

There's 3 bedrooms plus 4th smaller room. Living room with bay window. There's a garden which is great for summer, spacious kitchen. 1 bathroom and an additional downstairs loo. Easy walking distance to the RD&E, St Lukes, main University campus and town. Polsoe Bridge train station is 5 mins walk away which is ideal.

I'm a Researcher at Exeter University, I’m keen on walking, cycling, pub quizzes. I’ve recently moved back to Devon and am enjoying getting out to the coast and Dartmoor as much as possible and exploring Exeter again. Im reasonably sporty but also partial to netflix marathons, tv nights etc :)

There's enough space so that we won't be living on top of each other at all but can enjoy the good things about house sharing without the usual compromises. You would have the bedroom pictured and also living room as your own in the ground floor (and Im in the equivalent rooms upstairs).

On road parking available (permit required). Local responsive landlord.

Move in date is flexible anytime in September to November, August might also be possible, the landlord is doing some refurbishing then though.
