Double room plus own office/living room

Double bedroom in a lovely house available for just a couple of weeks, the second 2 half of June - very short term! Though the landlord will be reletting after I leave at the end of June, so there could be the option to stay. Theres 2 rooms for 1 person, bedroom plus a separate room which could be used for example as an office or private living room, up to you.

Rent PCM is £500 plus bills (approx £200), so it'd be half for this two weeks.

It’s a really nice place, looking for a friendly professional housemate who’s happy to keep the house a nice home.

There's 3 bedrooms plus 4th smaller room. Living room with bay window. There's a garden which is great for summer, spacious kitchen. 1 bathroom and an additional downstairs loo. Easy walking distance to the RD&E, St Lukes, main University campus and town. Polsoe Bridge train station is 5 mins walk away which is ideal.

I'm a Researcher at Exeter University, I’m keen on walking, cycling, pub quizzes. I’ve recently moved back to Devon and am enjoying getting out to the coast and Dartmoor as much as possible and exploring Exeter again. Im reasonably sporty but also partial to netflix marathons, tv nights etc :)

There's enough space so that we won't be living on top of each other at all but can enjoy the good things about house sharing without the usual compromises.

On road parking available (permit required). Local responsive landlord.
