Exeter, St Thomas - short to medium stay option

A calm, quiet and secure option ideally for a professional who needs to travel to Exeter for work.

The house is small, modern, clean and comfy. It is located in the St Thomas area about 10 minutes drive from Exeter St David's train station, and about 3 minutes walk from St Thomas station.

It is a nice, safe neighbourhood close to shops and local amenities. You can hear the bells ringing from the local church some mornings and there is a peaceful ambience both inside and out. There are plenty of lovely parks, the charming quayside, and a gym just a short walk away. The city centre is about 15 minutes on foot.

The house consists of two double bedrooms, a living room, a large dining room and kitchen, and a bathroom with a great shower. It is well furnished and clutter free, with an awesome sound system and home cinema set-up with Netflix etc. There is a small yard at the back where it is possible to sit and get some sun in the afternoon. Parking is restricted, but permits can be acquired relatively cheaply.

Please note: If you only needed the room Monday - Friday 4 nights a week, I would let it out for £120pw.
