I am looking for a housemate to co rent a 2 bed terrace in St. Thomas. Which really is an ideal location, I love it here.
Bills split directly down the middle except for TV license and permit to park. You will need to pay for those separately if you want them. Bedroom has 2 units in but otherwise unfurnished. I am just finding someone for the landlords - they are open to sorting a bed if necessary though.
Pets welcome except dogs at landlords request; the house is a good sized victoriana build but it hasn't been modernised so is still quirky and charming.
