Bright and sunny double ensuite Exeter

A lovely top floor king size bedroom with shared large bathroom within a lovely family home. You would be sharing with a family including daughter (24) and sometimes our son (22). Would prefer mon-fri but will consider 7 days pw. Would suit a professional or mature student who needs very central and convenient accommodation. Very near to Exeter Central station and the university. Needs to be a tidy, clean and considerate person. Includes weekly cleaner.
Would consider visiting MA/PhD students for short term as well.
