Looking for New Housemates

Heyy girlsss,

We are 3 girls looking for two more housemates to move in with us.

I have got Marie and Sophie with me to move to this lovely 5 bedroom house in Heavitree. Marie and Sophie both work 9-5s in the NHS. I work with the management team in Primark. So just hoping we could find 2 more girls to join us?

The house is on South Lawn Terrace, 11month contract starting 19th August.

Really nice big kitchen and all good rooms. Anyone who is keen on the location and contract etc please message. The rent includes council tax, and a rough estimate for electricity, gas and water bill. Hence, the monthly rent could be lower.

We’d like to make it an actual homey vibe rather than just house share 😕. We’d love a social atmosphere where we can come home and cook dinners together etc. 🥰
