This is a very large double bedroom to rent in my home. I live here full time and my two children (13 and 15) are here just over 50% of the time. The room has a lovely garden view and is furnished, with large built in wardrobes for storage. You will have an allocated driveway parking space, and use of the kitchen & dining area and garden. The rental is short term in the first instance with the possibility of a longer term rent for the right person. We have a well behaved dog who is not allowed upstairs. All bills & broadband are included, but will be reviewed if our water and electricity bills increase significantly. This would suit a student or professional female tenant. Short term of weekday only options will be considered. The house is located at the end of a quiet residential estate conveniently situated for access to Heavitree, the hospital and the met office, and has excellent transport links including buses and is a short walk to digby & sowton train station. As this is sharing our family home I would always want to meet before agreeing a tenancy. Available from late February 2026
