Very lovely room overlooking Belmont Park

Large double room available at top of house overlooking Belmont Park, probably the friendliest park in Exeter. Private and peaceful.

The room is very suitable for a PGCE student or Erasmus student. The city centre is a 20 min walk; 10-15 minute walk to St Lukes Campus; and 30 minute walk to University of Exeter campus.
I am a friendly live-in landlord but like my privacy.

There is one bathroom we share and another toilet. There is also a large kitchen and back garden for your use. You have access to the washing machine and all bills are included (reasonable usage). There is space for a bicycle in the shed.

I am only interested in having a female lodger and for a maximum of 3 - 4 months.
