Two double bedrooms available for one person to rent in a large four bedroom maisonette. The flat occupies the ground and first floor of a Georgian terrace close to Exeter Quay, with access to shared balcony and a communal garden. Brilliant views across the water to St Thomas, Exwick, and the green belt beyond.
You can have sole access to two of the four bedrooms. The larger of the two comes with a built-in wardrobe, platform bed, and desk and mattress left by a previous housemate. The second bedroom is slightly smaller, with a platform bed, built-in wardrobe and access to the balcony. Either could be used as a main bedroom, with the other as a private living room, home office or just for storage.
You'll also have access to a large communal living room and kitchen with dishwasher, shared bathroom and a utility room with a washing machine.
I've lived in this flat for long enough that I consider it my home and so I'm looking for someone to share it with that's considerate, tidy, conscious of the flats above and below, and that I would feel comfortable living with.
I love to cook, and spend a lot of time tending to my indoor garden and my new allotment. I also love music and go to lots of gigs and festivals, and regularly hike on Dartmoor. I'd like to find someone that shares some of these interests, but I'm also happy with someone that just wants to do their own thing!
The price includes share of bills including broadband and council tax (band D), but might fluctuate slightly during the winter should heating be desired. Bills will be entirely transparent. On street parking at the front of the building is available at £30 per year, or we have a parking space accessible via the back door for free.
