4 Rooms to rent in Exeter.
The house is a five minute walk to town a 10-15 minute walk to the university and a 20-25 minute walk to the hospital.
Two rooms, shown in the pictures, are ready to go. Two will be ready in three weeks.
The house has five bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two bedrooms and one bathroom are downstairs and three bedrooms and one bathroom are upstairs. I have a bedroom and bathroom downstairs so you would be sharing the second bathroom with the other flatmates. I'm going to buy a TV for the living room in the next week or so it should look nicer once that's in.
All the rooms have locks and keys.
All bills are included in the price and I would not require a deposit but would need you to pay rent on the day you move in and on the same date every month from that point onwards. I own a pizza business in Devon and am renting the rooms out to make abit of extra money. I would like to live with people who are kind and easy going and are either students or have a job. Sorry no couples.
