We live in a beautiful and friendly house near the Quayside and are looking for a new housemate to take a double room.
The room is available from 10th September. It is a furnished room on the top floor with built-in shelves, a bed, a desk and a wardrobe opposite the room. The room faces the garden and has a fantastic view over St Leonard’s church.
The current housemates are Yasmin and Maya who are both working professionals and also the loveliest people to share a house with!! As much as we (the moving out housemates) love this house and would like to stay, we have to move from Exeter to start our universities.
We are now looking for afriendly, easy-going and tidy housemate to join our house. Because our 6 months contract will be fully renewed on 10th November, there will be a tenancy agreement signed with the landlord until that date.
We are currently only looking for female housemates who are in employment and are able to provide references from work.
