Double Room&Private Bathroom-very close to topsham

I’m looking for a professional to rent my spare room on a full time basis. The room comes with a double bed, side tables and wardrobe space, along with its own bathroom with a shower over the bath.

I work away the majority of the time so you will often have the house to yourself - for this reason, it’s extremely important that you’re clean, tidy and respectful of my home and the things in it (this is not a party house!).

The house is in a great location with private parking and walking distance to Topsham.

Ideally looking for someone to move in at the end of September but can be flexible.
