Looking for Flatmate Exeter (student house)

Hi, we are looking for a fifth flatmate to fill our house after we had someone drop. All rooms are doubles and there is also a back garden. A parking permit can be acquired if you want one. We are all on the quieter side but would be happy to get to know you. Students are preferred because it makes council tax simpler, but not a necessity. If you are interested please contact ASAP.
