Double Room with Ensuite Available – £750/month, Bills Included

We're offering a bright and spacious double room with an ensuite in our modern, new-build home. You'll be sharing with myself and my partner, who are both active, outdoor enthusiasts, along with our two beautiful, friendly cats. Rent is £750 per month, and all bills are included, however, I would be open to offers for the right tenant.

About the Home:
Double Room with Ensuite: A comfortable and private space for you to unwind.
Shared Spaces: You'll have access to a large, cozy front room. However, we often spend our evenings in the games room or out enjoying activities.
Shared Kitchen & Utility Room: The kitchen is fully equipped, and there's a separate utility room for laundry.
Garage Gym: We have a full gym setup in the garage that you're welcome to use.
Beautiful Garden: Perfect for relaxing on a sunny day or enjoying a quiet evening.
Parking: There's a dedicated parking space for you right outside the house.

Location: Our home is conveniently located near Pinhoe Train Station, making commuting easy. There’s also a bus stop at the top of the road for added convenience.

A Little About Us: We're a friendly, outgoing couple who enjoy climbing, running, going to the gym, surfing, and more. We're happy to include you in our activities if you're interested! We also spend many weekends away during the summer, so if you're an animal lover, it would be great if you could help care for our cats while we're gone.

We're looking for a tenant who is responsible, enjoys the company of cats, and is happy to live in a clean, active household. If this sounds like a good fit for you, we'd love to hear from you!
