Double Room in Terraced House (Short-Term Let)

We have a double room available in the groundfloor of our terraced house, ideal for a young professional or postgrad student. The room comes fully furnished with a fitted wardrobe, stand-up wardrobe, desk and chair, mirror, and chest of drawers, offering ample storage. All bills included in the rent.

You'll be sharing with us, Josh and Dorothea, we’re a young professional couple who recently bought the house. We enjoy running, country walks, and cooking. We’re looking for a friendly and independent lodger for a short-term let (maximum of three months).

You’d have access to a shared kitchen, living room, bathroom and garden area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials and you’d be welcome to use any bits needed (pots, pans, plates, knives etc.).

Location-wise, our house is a 10-minute walk from town, a 20-minute walk to the university, and a 30-minute walk to the hospital. We’re also right next to a local Co-op and there’s also a larger Morrisons close by.
