The house is kept clean and tidy with no pets or smoking. There is a fully equipped kitchen and communal lounge with bathroom and separate WC. Situated in St Thomas minutes away from the train station and amenities with access to town centre (20 minute walk) quay (15 minute walk) and Marsh Barton (15 minute cycle).

Flatmates should be tidy and sociable. I am 31 and enjoy hybrid work from home/office with interests in hiking, travel and football.
