I’m looking for a professional to rent my spare room on a full time basis. The room comes with a double bed, side tables and wardrobe space, along with its own bathroom with a shower over the bath.
I work away a lot of the time so you will often have the house to yourself - for this reason, it’s extremely important that you’re clean, tidy and respectful of my home and the things in it (this is not a party house).
The house is in a great location with private parking and walking distance to Topsham.
Ideally looking for someone to move in at the end of September but can be flexible. My house is on the market so likely to be available for 4-6 months and so will suit someone looking for a stop gap.
