Two rooms to rent near Exeter city centre

2 rooms to rent in Exeter.
The house is a five minute walk to town a 10-15 minute walk to the university and a 20-25 minute walk to the hospital.
The house has five bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Two bedrooms and one bathroom are downstairs and three bedrooms and one bathroom are upstairs. I have a bedroom and bathroom downstairs so you would be sharing the second floor bathroom with the other flatmates.
The first room is on the top floor and the second is on the ground floor. Both rooms are fully furnished.
Bills are included in the price and I would not require a deposit but would need you to pay rent on the day you move in and on the same date every month from that point onwards. I own a pizza business in Devon and am renting the rooms out to make abit of extra money the other housemate is a student at Exeter university and will be staying short term.
There is also another room that should be completed in the next three weeks and once finished will also be rented out
I would like to live with people who are kind and easy going and are either students or have a job. Sorry no couples.
