Double bedroom available in an end of terrace house by Exeter RD&E hospital! Includes a private parking space which would be yours as I don’t drive. Kitchen is separate to the living room which looks into the back garden.

The bedroom itself is unfurnished but does have 2 built in cupboards/wardrobe so plenty of storage in the room. The living room has furniture and there is a fridge, freezer, and washing machine in the house. Photos are old but can provide new ones on request! Located off Fore Street, great bus links into town and not a far walk! Please message me any questions you have :)

I work Monday-Friday 9-6 and work most days in the office, occasionally from home. Outside of work I like to relax watching tv or playing games, reading, or heading out with friends. I’m respectful of others space as it’s your home too but happy to do things together as well!
