Lovely light filled spacious double room

Hi there!

I have a lovely spacious double room to let in my relaxed, welcoming house.!

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, 2 built in double wardrobes so lots of storage space, a desk and chair, wooden flooring with a big rug over it, chest of draws, standing lamp and a smaller chest of draws.

The street is a nice quiet residential road with on street parking, which is free.

There are major supermarkets within walking distance of 5-10 minutes, Aldi, Co-Op, Sainsburys.

There is an independent high street with 3 lovely cafes, pubs, an organic farm shop (very affordable veg) and cafe, a healthfood shop and The Co- op supermarket. Plus other types of shops like electrical repairs, PC repairs, cookware etc.

The area has a nice community vibe to it, lots going on if you want to engage and there is a big park at the end of the road, with tennis courts and basket ball which are free to use.

M5/A38/A30 access by car is 5 minutes away.

Local train station is 7 minutes walking which can get you to Exeter St Davids in 2 minutes by train.

Exeter St Davids and Exeter Central are 20 minutes max to walk to.

The quay is 8 minutes to walk to with lots of cafes, pubs etc and you can walk out all the way to Topsham, Dawlish if you want to.

I am a busy working person, both working out and from home. My home is a sanctury space to come back to and chill, rest and relax.

I am a sociable human, am up for chats (if you want) and also go out and about seeing friends and doing stuff and also really like my own space.

I am asking for a vegetarian or vegan, apologises if this rules you out....
