We have a Victoria-style flat just a 5-minute walk from the university, and two rooms are available for rent.

Room 1: A small room with a 1.3m bed, desk, and open wardrobe.
Room 2: A spacious attic room with a 1.3m bed, desk, wardrobe, and cabinet.
The entire flat is clean, tidy, and fully furnished, as it was previously the landlord’s residence. The current flatmates are both PhD students at the university, so we are looking for tenants interested in long-term rentals with stable living conditions.
