Lafrowda Block D Ensuite - Take Over Contract

I'm looking for an Exeter university student who can take over my contract for my student accommodation. The room is a single bed ENSUITE, located in Block D, near the very centre of the campus and close to the Business School and Cornwall House. The room is located on the first floor at the end of the corridor, meaning you will not have people walking past your room/window (which you would have if you were on the ground floor). There is also a lift servicing all floors hence full disability access.

The flat has a clean, shared kitchen with ample space in the fridge, freezer, and cupboards for food, cutlery, and crockery. The current makeup of the flat is 3 males, 4 females, who are all very kind and welcoming. Alcohol is allowed in the flat.

ROOM MEASUREMENTS (TAKEN FROM UNIVERSITY OF EXETER WEBSITE):

-En-suite rooms at Lafrowda are approximately 14.7m2 (2756mm x 5316mm).

-En-suite rooms have longer length* single beds (6'9" by 3'). The height of the storage space under the bed is a maximum of 32.5cm.

-*Due to their longer length, standard fitted sheets may not fit these mattresses. We recommend for en-suite rooms a flat sheet of 7' by 4'.

-> Bed, wardrobe, desk and chair.
-> Bookshelves, built-in lighting, pinboard, full length mirror, and waste bin.
_> High speed wired and wireless network/internet from Glide Student (registration needed)
-> Shower, washbasin and toilet facilities
-> No aerial socket in the bedrooms; students can use a laptop or desktop to watch TV via internet. Please note you will still need a TV Licence to watch live TV or BBC iPlayer from any device.
