Looking for a professional flatmate for a flat very close to St Luke's campus and Waitrose (great for RD&E!). I largely work from home, I'm a bit of a nerd and love board games and video games but also partial to a bit of bouldering or a nice day out!
Rent is £520pm and bills are expected to be £160 pm.
The available room is largely furnished - wardrobe, chest of drawers and double bed included, however there is no mattress (my current housemate will be taking this with her).
My housemate is expecting to move out at the end of January, however this is not yet set in stone, so might vary a little bit.
Mature students also considered.
