Double room - All bills included - Good location

Apart of a 5 bedroom house, with 4 male students (which doesn't sound the best but they are all friendly and easy to get along with, I promise). Sharing a bathroom with only 1 other housemate. Spacious room with plenty of storage, double bed, and desk. £190 per week (works out at £893 per month) with bills included. Full amenities in the kitchen and good amount of cupboard and fridge space. There's also a washing machine and dryer. Approximately 5-10 minute walk from town and 20 minute walk from campus. There's a parking permit available if wanted as well with plenty of parking on nearby streets (zone F). Bedroom is located on opposite side of the house to the road and stadium so less concerns regarding noise. Rent to be paid monthly from Novermber 1st through until June 1st. House rented until July 26th, with a £250 deposit. Would be happy to provide any more details if necessary.
