Hey, My name is Ashish, I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy. 1 large double bedroom on the ground floor. The only bedroom on the ground floor. This room has 2 big glass doors that open up into the garden. It's a 6 bedroom house.

The house is located a couple of doors up from the Mt. Radford pub, with the famous Magdalen village just down the road too. Local amenities include Budgens, butchers, a couple of restaurants, bars, and pubs.

The housemates are all social, like a drink, etc. All complete strangers but get along. If you're less social, that's ok too.

2 shared bathrooms, 3 Toilets, Shared kitchen (5 people sharing) with all equipment.
