Furnished double room availabile to rent in Exwick, £620pm with bills included. Room has a double bed, desk, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Shared large living room, kitchen, bathroom and utility room. Plenty of storage including loft access, and a small surf rack in the utility room.

On street parking, we've always had two cars here and never had an issue finding a spot. There's also the E1 bus that takes you into town, stops about 200 yards from the front door.

I'd be the only other person living there (as a live in landlord).

I'm 28 and I work at the met office as a meteorologist. I'm an active person and am out and about quite a lot, playing tennis, going to the gym, out for hikes, surfing etc. I'm relaxed and easy going, enjoy watching sport and going to the pub for a pint or two. My girlfriend tends to stay one or two nights a week.
