Room includes: large wardrobe with mirror. desk, drawers and lamp.
House includes: washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and television license.
Bills are not included.

The contract is until the end of July.
Rent is paid up until 26th December.
I am happy to pay £1095 upfront towards the rent when the contract is agreed.
Originally the rent was £156.50 a week, however after my contribution it reduces the rent to £120 a week.

The following instalments, worked out not including my contribution, are due:
