Double room near RD&E (bills incl)

Double room for single occupancy available in a three bedroom house in St Leonards.

Bright, good size double room, with fitted wardrobe. Room comes unfurnished, but a double bed could be provided if required.

New tenant will share a bathroom with one more person, there is also a downstairs toilet.

The kitchen comes fully fitted (including fridge, washing machine, microwave, oven…), and we are more than happy to share pans, cutlery, glassware, etc as long as you clean after you use it.

We have a shared living room where we enjoy watching movies and series together.

There is also a decent size rear garden with shed.

The house is in a quiet area in St Leonards, with good access to public transport.

Close to RD&E (less than 5 minutes walk), also walking distance to city centre and quay.

Price includes rent and all bills (including council tax and internet), it is around £700, but it varies from summer to winter due to electricity and heating, to be paid by the end of each calendar month.

Deposit is £500 to be paid to landlords (we will put you in touch with them).

We are two professionals in our 30s, working at the RD&E, one of them working shifts, so ideally we would be looking for similar people, or at least someone who would be quiet and respectful when on night shifts.

We are friendly and tidy, we enjoy doing activities together, and also appreciate our own space and time.

It’s a no smokers (at least indoors, no problem to do it in the garden) and no pets house, sorry.
