I've lived here for 6 months and I'm looking for someone to replace my contract for the next 6 months.
The unit comes fully furnished and has a shared bathroom and kitchen/dinning area.
The rent is 145/week (580/month)
All bills included. 200£ deposit.
The accommodation is in the center of the city just Google, NortherHay house.
Rent payment is quite flexible to be honest.
Need guarantor.

The other housemate are very friendly and keep to themselves when necessary.

This transition will be made by Uniacco so you don't need to worry about the contract or anything else.
The only requirement is that you have to be a student at University of Exeter
