Hi there, my name is Jake I am 52-year-old single heterosexual male looking to rent out my spare double room which is only a short 5-minute walk from the RD&E hospital.

I live alone in a 3-bedroom house with a spacious living room, kitchen diner, upstairs bathroom toilet shower and a separate toilet downstairs. There is a separate washer and dryer in the utility room where the downstairs toilet is.
I have a newly redecorated spacious double room which is currentlyfully furnished however can be unfurnished if preferred, the room is at the back of the house looking over Ludwell Valley Fields great for dog walking if you have a dog.
I am currently decorating the house with most rooms completed however the hallway downstairs and upstairs needs to be painted as well as the kitchen, I have just had both upstairs and downstairshallways replastered. I have uploaded pictures of the house in its current state as when having viewings, I would rather you know beforehand that the house is being refreshed.
Ideally, I am looking for a working professional single occupant or a couple. The monthly rent is inclusive of all bills (including council tax) and fast broadband, you would just be required to buy your own food to which you will have your own cupboard and space in the fridge and freezer, own toiletries and washing detergent etc. I currently have zero pets however love dogs and at times have visitors who bring their dogs over so my house is pet friendly but sadly only for dogs, cats would not be suitable. Conveniently located in popular area, the property is well connected to the city centre via an excellent bus service, with services R, S, H and PR3 stopping within a 15 second walk. If you drive there is off road parking, but permits are required however I do have a double drive with 1 space for a car. The local supermarket is a 3 to 4minute walk away from my home too. The house boasts a fully fitted kitchen with everything you would expect to find. Toaster, kettle, air fryer, microwave, cooker/stove and fully equipped with utensils / pots and pans all of which you are welcome to use also.
