4 Bedroom Student House

Due to a change in circumstances, we're looking for 4 tenants to take over our rental agreement for this student housing. The rental company is Student Cribs, a reputable student housing company. Due to its great location, only ten minutes from both town and campus, Victoria Street is one of the most popular locations in Exeter for student housing. Each of the four double bedrooms has its own television as well as storage space and a desk with a chair. The spacious open plan kitchen and living area has a dining table perfect for group dinners and a sofa and flat screen TV, as well as being fully furnished with cooking appliances. The student house also has a garden. This lovely 4-bedroom home is in close proximity to University of Exeter (10 minutes) and to the city centre, as a 12 minute walk can lead you straight to Exeter’s shopping district. With the likes of Topshop, JD Sports and Wagamama all close by, you’ll never be bored again, though your bank account may suffer, you have been warned. Sainsbury’s and Tesco are both 10 minutes away making the weekly food shopping much easier. With Timepiece Nightclub being a 14 minute walk while Arena Nightclub is 9 minutes away, you wont have to spend on getting a cab home. There are 2 parking spots, however, due to the house being located further down the street, there is room for more. The local pub, Victoria Inn, is a student hotspot.
