Double room in a friendly cozy house

Hi, we are a couple who live in a small and cozy terraced house in st Thomas, looking for a housemate to share a tidy, clean and relaxed environment.

We have a double bed room available from July. The house has a little garden at the back, a bathroom, a kitchen, one dinning room with wood burner and a living room with a sofa. Resident parking permit also available.

All bills included, we have a fast reliable wifi connection. We mostly spend our evenings cooking, reading or out adventuring. There is a secure space to store your bike undercover.

We´d love someone comfortable sharing spaces and feel that we are in a family house, but also respect that we each also need solo times.

We keep the house tidy and clean with environmentally friendly products and have an allotment site for growing veg that we´d love to share.

We are active people, I'm a baker and my partner is a vegetable grower. When not working we like surf, rock climb, forage, or in spring and summer time we spend quite a bit in our allotment just 5' walk. We do also enjoy indoor time, specially in winter by the fire while reading a book or crafting.
