1 Room near exeter uni

Moving out due to family matters and i can’t afford to pay for both properties.
Rent is £860 pcm but you pay only until may as the last 2 months would have been pre paid for hence the high rent.
Flat mates are typically home in the evening- they work mornings , get home about 5pm, and one is a student.
Don’t really go out an awful lot due to their work life- Tend to go out twice a month however are very respectful of noise and mess.
Bathroom and kitchen are shared but it’s really not an issue once you meet them , they work around your schedule as best as they can which is appreciated!!
Next to two train stations and about a 5 minute walk from the bus station.
Room is a very cosy first floor flat!
