New Flat, New Roommate

I have a room in my two-bedroom flat available for rent. The flat is at 70 South Street, EX1 1EG, and is brand new.

The flat is brand new and has a nice living area/kitchen and decently sized rooms. The only downsides are the single bathroom and limited closet space. The flat is right near the centre of town, a few seconds walk from the nearest bus stop.

I promise it doesn't look quite as dingy in real life, I'm just a terrible photographer!

I am 31, male, and work fulltime. I don't smoke, but I do vape. I am generally quiet and laid-back, you can come and go as you please. I sometimes like to game at night, but it's rare and I don't tend to make noise.

Anyone is welcome to apply, I have no preference for a roommate as long as you're respectful and reasonably clean.

LGBTQ+ friendly, and willing to accommodate if you're vegan/vegetarian.

The apartment currently doesn't have WiFi, but we can discuss that if that is something you're interested in.

Move-in is available with a day or two's notice.
