Exeter student apartments sublet

I will be leaving the UK around mid-April, and I plan to look for a fellow student to rent this student apartment. There are three people living in this flat in total, so the kitchen will be a comfortable size to work with. The other two roommates are also male and have good personalities, so you can get along with them. My transfer price will be about 20% below the official asking price, so we can revise the details after a private chat, and if we have the right conversation, I can lower the price even more! It's about twenty minutes to Streatham and ten minutes to St. Luke's from this apartment. It's about a ten-minute walk to the city center, which is relatively easy to get to, as well as the extremely low apartment price, which is excellent value for money!
