Hi! I’m looking to rent out a small double bedroom in my recently decorated terrace house.

A bit about me: I’m 25 years old and work in forensic psychology for the NHS. Outside of work, I love cooking, walking/hiking, sea swimming, and painting.

About the house:

It’s a cozy terrace with a private, small garden—perfect for relaxing with an alleyway access perfect and easy if you have a bike etc.

Open-plan living/dining room and a separate kitchen. Bathroom upstairs on the second floor with the two bedrooms.

The available bedroom is a small double, freshly decorated (current picuture is before decorating) with new carpet and white walls. Open for tennant to personalise with paint etc! I can offer it with brand new furnishings or empty. The bedroom is at the back of the property so the bedroom view is of the garden.

Residents' permit parking is available on the street.

Location:
The house is on a quiet residential road, just a 2-minute walk from the River Exe, where you can enjoy miles of scenic walks. The historic quayside and city centre s a 10-minute walk, offering great cafes, pubs, and restaurants. Exeter st David's station is 15 min walk away.

I'm open to living with pets.
