Looking for female professionals or students, ideally working at the hospital or nearby.

There are three rooms in the house, but only two are being rented. For most of the time it will just be two people in the house, as I live in Spain and return to Exeter occasionally. The third room will remain empty for when I’m back.

I also have a dog (pictured). She’s only in the house when I’m there and is a very friendly, velcro dog 🐶
