Double room (en suite) in friendly shared house

Hello! We are Connor and Catie (housemates). We are seeking a professional/mature student housemate on long term basis in our beautiful 3 bed, 2.5 bathroom house share.

The room is an unfurnished room on the top floor with a northwest facing window.

What we're looking for:
A professional or mature student who is curteous, tidy, considerate and respectful. We are seeking an active housemate; by this we mean someone who is willing to share spaces, share house tasks and the occasional meal, though we also understand each person's need for space and private time. Ideally, we're seeking someone vegan/veggie (no meat in the house). We require someone who is quiet in the unsocial hours (22:00-06:00), as with any professional house share.

We do not want a short term house mate. We do not want a housemate who isn't an active member of the household.

Who we are & what we're like:
Connor (30M) - I’m from Newcastle and I’m a science teacher at a local school. I am a keen climber, swimmer and outdoor enthusiast. I like to cook good hearty food, I love house plants and working on the nearby allotment. I am keen to share the occasional meal and veg from the allotment. Looking to keep the respectful and chilled homely vibe that we’ve cultivated here.

Catie (28F) - I’m from Edinburgh and moved to Exeter for my PhD. I’m a newbie to helping out at the allotment, I love books, and have a rotation of crafty and physical hobbies (it’s currently embroidery, with occasional bouldering). I’m extroverted and friendly and hope to build a respectful and comfortable house environment with a new housemate.
