The space for rent is a freshly decorated and carpeted self-contained flat with a small fully-equipped kitchenette. The room also benefits from its' own ensuite shower room and there is a spiral staircase leading to the room. 

The landlady is a retired teacher and has regular visits from family. There is also another lodger living in the house during term-time. 

All bills are additional, roughly £75 p/m depending on usage and status as a student. Council tax is additional if required to pay.

There is a fast broadband connection and lodgers may use the shared washing machine.  Use of the main kitchen's oven is available for occassional use.

Weekly vacuuming of the room and shared spaces is included in the rental price.

One month's rent is required upfront as a deposit and will be held in a deposit protection scheme. References will also be required.
