We are looking for a considerate, tidy and respectful professionals who want a clean and comfortable place to relax in. The room is double and comes with a bed, mattress and wardrobe. The kitchen has plenty of cupboard space and a range of appliances including a washing machine, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.

It is a 4 bed house and my wife and I occupy one of the room with our own bathroom and we are full time working professionals The house is situated in the new development in Pinhoe, which offers easy access to M5 and Exeter City centre and walking distance to Sainsburys, Aldi, Lidl.

Rent are including bills, water, electricity, gas, tv licence and fast broadband.

Deposit: 1 month rent
