Looking for a queer-friendly housemate

Hey! :) My housemate is moving out May 12th so I am looking for someone to move into her room (first 3 pics). Feel free to ask any questions about myself or the ad!

There is permit parking available, it's close to both train stations/the town centre, and the landlord is great. Currently, the room is unfinished however I can get some furniture for the move, if it's needed. I'd also be happy to help with some of the moving if you need someone to drive your stuff over.

I didn't tidy/clean the living room and kitchen before taking the photos so they are representative of the living conditions. My room is very small and I WFH 2-3 days a week so my desk is in the corner of the living room. I sometimes use this for movies/gaming too. About 1 week every month I am away for work during the week. I'm pretty flexible with communal areas so I'm generally happy with whatever. The garden is across the road and there is a small patio out back, through the kitchen.

I'm quite an active person. I like comfortable social environments. I have people over for board games or dates every couple of weeks. And I don't host many parties, but definitely not against them happening as long as the house is left in a decent condition.
