A large double room in a lovely four bedroom detached house set in a 1/2 acre garden.

The house is just 7 minutes walk from Exeter St Davids, 15 minutes to Streatham Campus, and 20 minutes to the city High Street. Situated just below the University (off New North Road and the Streatham Drive junction).

Despite being in the city, it has a country feel with very little traffic noise, occassional deer visitors, and daily badgers, foxes, and 28 species of bird in the big garden.

I work from home so am here most of the time, using a smaller bedroom as an office, you will have free use of shared spaces of the kitchen, living room, main bathroom, and garden.

Upstairs has two bedrooms, the larger one would be yours with a double bed, and there is is a guest room with a single bed. There's a shared bathroom as well..

The kitchen is semi open-plan (it's a separate room but doesn't have doors). I would prefer vegetarian or vegan cooking but occasional meat is fine.

The room is available for up to 6 months on a rolling agreement basis, minimum stay is 2 weeks.
