Due to some reasons, I will be needing to sublet my room from May 11th to August 30th, students in Exeter only.

The detailed way of subletting is that you and the property team will re-sign a rental contract at the original price, which is £205 per week. Then my rental contract will be cancelled, and I will receive a rent refund after a period of time. Then I will transfer the difference to your bank account after receiving my rent refund.

There are some furnitures bought by myself, if we have a nice chat, those may be provided to you for free.
