Seeking a friendly, easy-going housemate to rent a large, bright double room in a Victorian-era apartment.
Hi, I'm Jamie. I have a large spare room in my apartment.
My current lodger is moving out to go to London, and so seeking a replacement from early-mid January (excact date TBC).
The room available is the largest bedroom in the property. It's quiet, bright (sun in it all day from left to right), and the space is large enough to be arranged into different spaces if desired (like office, lounge, bedroom etc.) You don't really get the scale of the room from the photos so a viewing is recommended!
My cat, Pixie, lives with me, so someone who loves cats is most ideal. My partner Sam is also around most days, and stays a couple of nights a week.
You also get access to a large shared living room/dining room which is hardly ever used, and of course a kitchen and bathroom.
I have a lot of cooking stuff so if you don't have your own, that's also fine.
Amenities:
Fridge freezer, microwave, oven, dish washer, washing machine, large TV and PS4 (shared living room).
Room:
Bed, wardrobe, chair, and cabinet.
Bills:
Everything except council tax. Current lodger is a student. Happy for students or professionals, but for professionals the Council Tax will be split 50/50.
I also have a professional cleaner visits once a fortnight.
