Spacious double room in the heart of St Leonards

We have a furnished double room available to a friendly and conscientious lodger in our house just off Magdalen Road. The house is on a private road with dedicated parking and a large communal garden.

My partner and I own the house and work from home. We enjoy cooking and going out for food, running/cycling, trips to the sea and socialising. We'd love to find a lodger who would enjoy sharing some meals and socialising with us.

All bills are included and there is superfast broadband available. We can provide further furniture for the room if necessary. The lodger will have use of the main bathroom which has both a shower and bath. (We rarely use this bathroom as we have an en-suite)
