We are now looking for 3 more students to join one female, 21, to make up the household in this lovely 4 bedroom house for academic year 2025/26. A group of 3 or individuals is fine.

This is a lovely terraced house with 4 bedrooms, all with double beds, 2 bathrooms, kitchen diner, separate living room, and garden with bike shed. Included are a washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher. The house has a lovely homely feel and is very well maintained with all modern conveniences. There is a full fire alarm system. All utilities and broadband are included, meaning there’s no hassle setting these up yourself!

The house is located in the St. Thomas area of the city (EX2). This is just the other side of the river, very near to Exeter Quay, with all its cafes, bars, shops and restaurants. St. Thomas has a good variety of local shops, including 2 supermarkets, on your doorstep. There is a good bus service to the city centre and University. The city centre is approx. 15 minutes walk. Streatham campus is approx. 40 minutes walk. Students also cycle to campus. On street parking is available – residents’ permits can be obtained.

You may feel this is a little further from campus than some other options, however students enjoy living here and often stay on for a second year. It really is a very nice house. If you like the look of it, come and see it. You won’t be disappointed.
