This is a friendly, quiet, and peaceful home – perfect for a full-time working professional (sorry, doesn’t suit remote working).
Open-plan living and dining area.
Kitchen cupboards & your own fridge.
A Cleaner comes once a week to take care of communal spaces.
Free on-road parking.

I own the house and live here with one other awesome housemate and my boyfriend. We work full-time, rise early, sleep early, and enjoy a calm home life. We love a chat and to hang out a bit too.
Must love cats! Well, must love Harv - my v friendly cat as he will be a part of your life living here - it’s his world and we’re just living in it.
Location wise - ten min walk to the quay, the cycle paths and town. Close to lots of amenities like the leisure center, supermarkets and the best coffee shop in Exeter is a five minute walk away.
