I have a lovely spacious double room on the top floor available in my home.

Please note: We are looking for another female to move in.

The double room comes fully furnished with:

Large wardrobe and storage space
Double bed
Bedside tables, small desk & stool plus an additional ladder desk (these can be stored away if preferred)

A Cleaner comes once a week to take care of communal spaces.

About Us:

I own the house and live here with one other awesome housemate. We both work full-time, rise early, sleep early, and enjoy a calm and respectful home life. We love a chat at and sometimes a wine the end of the day but also enjoy our own space.

Must love cats. My brilliant silly cat will be a part of your life living here!

Location wise - ten min walk to the quay, the cycle paths and town. Close to lots of amenities like the leisure center, supermarkets and the best coffee shop in Exeter is a five minute walk away.
