Spacious Double Room Near Station

Looking for somebody to replace me in a four-bed house share. The room is very spacious and clean, and there are all the amenities you need like a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher.

I'm a student but the other occupants are professionals. It's generally a quiet house, everyone is respectful and goes about their day. Perfect for a professional, also suitable for students.

It's a shared bathroom which was recently renovated with a modern shower (best feature imo!). There is a decent sized garden with a patio and decking area.

Very easy access to the city centre. There are bus stops right outside the property and a train station just down the road. Free on-street parking and plenty more available around the corner so I've never had any issues parking here.
