I'm looking for a student to take over my room beginning April 18th.
The room is an ensuite, fully furnished with a street view and a small balcony. The house has 8 rooms occupied by Master's and PhD students, though not everyone is present in the house all the time. The property features a large kitchen with three refrigerators and a freezer, a dining room, a living room, and a yard with a nice view.
The house is located in St. David's Hill, an excellent location just 12 minutes from Streatham Campus and 10 minutes from the city center.
To be eligible for the room, the tenant must be a university student (Master's or PhD preferred).
I need to leave as I'm returning to my home country. The current housemates are friendly and organized.
