Small double bedroom available in 2 bed flat

My current flatmate is moving out and so I need to find a new tenant to move in. The flat is lovely and cosy, I’ve been here for almost two years and the room is a small double (it fits a double bed, a desk, and other stuff no problem).

The room does not come furnished, you will need a bed etc. but the lounge comes with a sofa, an armchair, TV, and you’ll of course have access to the oven, fridge, and washing machine.

As we are still living here the flat isn’t as tidy as I’d like for the photos so I do apologise. I am a clean, tidy and caring flatmate and I am looking for exactly the same for someone who moves in’
